Veterinary Care Payment
We require that you pay for your pet’s veterinary care, in full, when services are rendered. For some treatment, surgeries or hospitalized care a deposit may be required. Should that be the case, you will be informed at the time an estimate is provided to you. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your pet’s discharge from the hospital. We accept cash, checks (with current ID), debit and credit cards.
When unexpected illness strikes, unexpected expenses strike as well. LVH understands this and partners with several providers to help with healthcare costs. We partner with Companion Protect and Trupanion as well as other pet health insurance companies to ensure you get the most from your coverage. In addition, we accept Care Credit, and Scratchpay. Care Credit is a credit card that can be used on health care expenses for you and your pet. Scratchpay offers multiple payment plans for animal health care. Both offer low and no interest payment plans – making the necessary health care more affordable. You can apply yourself at CareCredit.com and Scratchpay.com
